SMP Health is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our teams at St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, visitors, and staff in our long-term care communities.

Responsibilities

  • Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices
  • Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust assigned areas
  • Sanitize high-touch surfaces and maintain infection control standards
  • Replenish supplies in resident and facility areas
  • Dispose of trash and soiled materials safely and properly
  • Report maintenance, safety, or environmental concerns to leadership
  • Follow housekeeping schedules and cleaning procedures
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and infection prevention standards
  • Provide friendly and respectful service to residents, families, and staff

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping, environmental services, hospitality, or cleaning experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Dependable, professional, and resident-focused
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift

Pay & Benefits

$18.00 – $22.00 per hour
